Persons identifying themselves as employees of the contractors or subcontractors should be admitted after being logged in (name, contractor, license number).Īdvise the workers they will be delayed each time unless they are listed on the resident's admit list.Ĭonstruction workers, contractors, gardeners and other maintenance workers: Gardeners and maintenance crews (including pool maintenance) should be admitted in accordance with Gate Operations Manual, Section (c). Residents with construction projects should provide a list of their contractors and subcontractors to the Gate Operations Officer at each gate, along with the dates of duration of the construction project. Encroachment permits may be obtained from the Association offices. Residents who require oversize trash bins for construction or major clean-ups are required to either keep the bin on their property or obtain an Encroachment Permit to place it in the parkway. Whenever possible, the residents driveway rather than the street should be used for mixing materials. A plastic tarp or similar material cover must be placed on the street or parkway prior to the placement of dirt, sod, sand, cement or other materials. Trades people and residents are prohibited from dumping, sweeping, blowing or washing construction debris, oils, repair residue, concrete, or any toxic or poisonous material into the street, swales, parkways, bridle trails or any other Association-owned property or easements. Residents must notify the gate guard of the vendor they are expecting and that it is an emergency repair. The following Holidays are observed per the Municipal Code of the City of Hidden Hills(Code Title 1 - Chapter 8):Įmergency repairs are permitted on Sundays and holidays, and before or after the appointed construction schedule. No entry permitted at the Round Meadow Gate until 9:00 a.m. ![]() No construction is permitted on Sundays or holidays.įor purposes of gate entry, construction includes, without limitation, gardening, pool service, and other interior and exterior workers.Īdmitting construction workers on Sunday or a holiday constitutes a violation of this provision. Additionally, no large commercial vehicles or heavy pieces of equipment will be admitted on Saturdays, nor may any such equipment be used in the community on Saturdays. A list of such Properties will be provided to the Gate Operations Officers each Friday, and no admittance will be permitted by the Officers to those properties on Saturdays. No admittance will be granted for any vehicle to access property where the owner is engaged in work that has received Architectural Committee approval.
